Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Chiropractic Assistant/Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This multifaceted role involves both patient care and office management, with responsibilities spanning from answering phones and scheduling appointments to assisting with patient care and sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health, excellent communication and sales skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and greet patients as they enter the clinic.
Schedule patient appointments and handle all related administrative tasks.
Explain fees, accept payments, and perform data entry in the clinic’s computer systems.
Assist chiropractors during treatments and gather health information.
Educate patients on chiropractic care to help them achieve their health goals.
Assist with running marketing events and social media postings.
Supervise and train office support staff as needed.
Manage office supplies, maintain electronic filing systems, and ensure smooth office operations.
Handle patient concerns professionally and confidentially.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a chiropractic role or strong familiarity with chiropractic care is preferred.
Proven track record in high sales performance.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive Documents, and social media platforms.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Some college education or a degree is preferred.

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
